I bought this as a gift for Christmas for my mom. She’s intrigued by it because of its ease to open and close allowing her to grind her fresh coffee anytime. Time will tell if it keeps the whole bean as fresh as shrink wrapping them. Will update once a fresh bag of beans is delivered. We gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the lid has some scratches on it.
This container is magic. The lid fits extremely secure and the coffee is secured inside perfectly. When the lid is removed the coffee smells just as amazing as when it was initially placed in the container. This is a must have for coffee of this caliber.
It does keep my coffee fresh. Loving my canister.

I just wanted to show everyone how easy it is to store our Purity Coffee beans in the best way possible to keep them fresh and protected from air exposure. It's really so easy and the canister looks so nice on the kitchen counter.
Not only very functional to keep my coffee beans fresh and safe, but ascetically pleasing right on the counter! I love the linen bag that keeps the sunlight from coming through too. Just love all Purity Coffee products!!!
I love these so much that I now have two canisters! The black one for my Protect whole bean coffee and the white one for my Calm whole beans. The canisters keep the beans as fresh as possible and the brewed coffee taste is like no other. I just wish that it would hold the entire 5lb bag of coffee beans, but it only holds about half of it.
This is a great canister. It is lightweight, yet very sturdy. It has an easy to remove outer lid, and a great handled inner lid to keep your beans fresh, and remove unwanted air... which is the enemy to fresh tasting beans. I only wish the canister came with a little scoop that can stay inside the container, with the beans, to make it easy to scoop out what you need to grind fresh beans.
It is the best container I have ever owned. I can store at least 5 bags of coffee in it and it keeps the beans airtight and fresh. Good quality and design but I wouldn’t expect anything less from the finest coffee company in the entire world. Definitely worth the price. Buy one today because you definitely will not regret it.
