Brewing recommendations:

Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Husband is addicted!

As a busy professional and athlete, my husband is always looking for ways to optimize his health in order to deal with the cognitive demands of his profession and physical demands of his sport. He’s also a coffee lover so of course I wanted to find a toxin free coffee! He loves the smell and taste of this medium roast.

You can taste the quality!

This is my first time buying Purity coffee. I went with the light-medium roast because that’s usually what I go for in coffee. I can say you truly taste the quality when you drink it. I was buying coffee beans from my local coffee shop and it doesn’t even compare, which I was surprised by. The flavor and quality is amazing! My only negative is we are going through this bag too quickly.
