At Purity Coffee, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional coffee and an equally wonderful experience. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer our Satisfaction Guarantee.

We encourage you to share your thoughts, suggestions, or any issues you may have encountered with our coffee or services. Your feedback helps us continuously improve and deliver the best experience possible.

Not loving your cup just yet? Sometimes a few simple tweaks to grind size, brew method, or ratio can make all the difference. Our support team is here to help troubleshoot and guide you through easy adjustments to bring out the best in your coffee, because small changes can lead to big flavor improvements!

If you’re still unable to get a great tasting brew you love, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping costs) within 30 days of the date your order was received. Please note that for 5lb bags, only a 50% refund is eligible. We recommend starting with our 12oz size to ensure it’s the right fit for your taste and needs before committing to a larger quantity.

Due to food safety and quality standards, we’re unable to accept returns of coffee, even if the bag is unopened. Instead, we offer this satisfaction based refund as a way to stand behind our product while ensuring every bag we ship maintains our freshness and integrity standards.

Unless there is a confirmed quality control issue, we are only able to honor the Satisfaction Guarantee refund once per customer. Our goal is always to help you get the most out of your coffee, and our team is happy to work with you to explore other options or recommendations moving forward.

All merchandise (clothing, Airscape canisters, mugs, etc.) are final sale and ineligible for return.

If you ordered through Facebook or Instagram, we are unable to provide partial refunds due to limitations between Meta and Shopify. If a partial refund is needed, we will issue you a gift card in the amount owed.

Refunds are only applicable to retail coffee purchases made directly from the Purity Coffee website. If you purchased through Amazon or another retailer, please start by contacting them directly.
