Purity BALANCE is made from the same highly vetted coffee we use in our other blends and is sent directly from the farm to the Mountain Water® decaffeination facility in Mexico.

BALANCE™ ²/₃ decaffeinated medium roast coffee is crafted for those who are mindful of their caffeine intake.
The decaf part of the blend is decaffeinated with the Mountain Water® Process, which uses water, not chemical solvents. In addition, our roasting partner ensures that all equipment is thoroughly cleared of any leftover regular coffee before roasting Purity BALANCE. The decaf is then roasted to a level that retains chlorogenic acids (CGA) while balancing sweetness and subdued acidity. The result is the highest quality decaf coffee on the market—specialty grade, certified organic, Rainforest Alliance, regeneratively farmed, and Mountain Water® decaffeinated.
