Purity’s premium decaf coffee begins with our thoroughly vetted coffees. Our CALM and BALANCE coffees go straight from the farm to the Mountain Water® facility in Mexico. This process uses water, temperature and time, with no chemical solvents, and it is done on green coffee before roasting. Our Sacred Cups decafs use other methods. Aponte Inga Decaf, for example, is decaffeinated with naturally-derived ethyl acetate made from fermented sugarcane.
