Hi Amanda, Sorry to hear you are not enjoying the PROTECT Light/Medium Roast Pods. This is the lightest roast we offer. Do you typically enjoy something bolder or do you tend to stick with a lighter roast? When brewing pods, we are more limited to what brew adjustments we can suggest to get the flavor more to your liking. If the flavor is too weak or sour, you should use a setting that uses less water to brew. If the coffee is too bold or bitter, try a setting that brews using more water. If you feel you might enjoy our FLOW Medium Roast or EASE Dark Roast, let us know and we can assist you with an exchange. Another option would be to grind and brew our whole bean coffee in a reusable/refillable pod, which will give you more control over the grind setting and coffee to water ratio. Our coffee is also available in coffee sachets (similar to a tea bag) in which you can steep using the amount of water and brew time of your choosing.
