I would like a stronger coffee flavor to the decaf. It's easy to find boring decaf that doesn't taste like coffee, and this is almost there. It is a smooth coffee, which could be drunk black, but I like adding cream to dark coffee. I do appreciate the free of mycotoxins, which keeps me buying it.

We do not roast too light or too dark, as we base our roast profiles on the health benefits and compounds in the coffee. With the sachets, if you would like a bolder flavor you can either steep for a longer brew time, and/or use less water when brewing. If you are ever interested in grinding our whole bean, this will give you more control over the flavor. Happy to answer any questions you may have about the process.
Calm is perfect for afternoon. I can relax, enjoy my afternoon cup of coffee and not experience any digestive issues. Even the name puts me in the right mindset!

Sometimes I feel like having coffee with supper but I don't want the caffeine so late in the day. I also don't trust that the decaffination process of most coffee brands is completely nontoxic. That's why I like having a cup of Calm some evenings.
