CALM Decaf Pods
I was a little disappointed with my first try of your pods. Flavor was good but pods are still bursting and causing coffee grounds to get in the cup of coffee. I really like the convenience of the single cup satches. Also disappointed that I can't get the Decaf in ground form rather than whole bean. Any chance of getting flavored decaf?
Hi Linda, Thank you so much for reaching out and letting us know. I'm sorry that you experienced this with your pods. We have had a handful of these issues, but so far everyone has been using different brewers and it doesn't happen with every box, or even every pod within that box. That of course points back to an issue with the actual pod; our Quality Control Team has identified the issue and has corrected it with the newest batches. We do know that it only effects a certain subset of brewers; do you know what model you use for your Purity Pods? Could you also confirm the best by date from the box? I would be happy to either issue you a refund or send a replacement, please just let me know your preference! If I can help in any other way in the meantime, please let me know.
