If the single serve bags are too light - try the beans
I was disappointed in the single serve coffees and thought I’d just have to get used to a less robust cup. But then when I contacted purity they suggested trying the whole beans. What a difference! I love the flavor in my French press I can control the strength. If you like strong coffee, in the French press I’ve found .8 oz coffee plus 10oz water, 3.5 min brew and 30 second plunge makes the perfect cup for my Starbucks adapted tongue. I like my coffee strong, and this is perfect.
Dark but not bitter like so many dark roasts. (a certain nation-wide brand instantly comes to mind ;) ) So much better for me/us with mold and toxins tested for. Winner!
Dark roast are my husband’s favorite, while mine are light roast. This blend we can both agree on though. It’s so smooth and delicious, unlike other coffees we’ve tried in the past. I always thought dark roast tasted metallic, turns out it was the way they were processing the beans and such. Purity’s practices are a cut above the rest. Love this coffee
