I was a little disappointed with my first try of your pods. Flavor was good but pods are still bursting and causing coffee grounds to get in the cup of coffee. I really like the convenience of the single cup satches. Also disappointed that I can't get the Decaf in ground form rather than whole bean. Any chance of getting flavored decaf?

We have had a handful of these issues, but so far everyone has been using different brewers and it doesn't happen with every box, or even every pod within that box. That of course points back to an issue with the actual pod; our Quality Control Team has identified the issue and has corrected it with the newest batches. We do know that it only effects a certain subset of brewers; do you know what model you use for your Purity Pods? Could you also confirm the best by date from the box?
I would be happy to either issue you a refund or send a replacement, please just let me know your preference!

My husband has recently been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and thought he had to give up coffee altogether. He has been a coffee lover for years and this was very difficult for him. He has tried the Calm Pods decaf recently and is pleasantly surprised! He loves the full bodied taste and aroma. Now, he can still drink it for the other healthy benefits!
Several of the pods leaked the grounds into coffee. I believe there is a defect with the pod. Very disappointed as price point is high.

Works great in the Keurig, with the added bonus of being decaf. I especially appreciate coffee that is mycotoxin free and the care that goes into your roasting process! Keep up the great work.
Most of the pods I have gotten bust. Then it floods the top of the coffee maker and gets grounds everywhere.

I was initially drawn to try your coffee due to it being Organic and Swiss water decaffeinated. I was also attracted by your wholistic approach and the high standards to which you apparently hold yourself. So it's been a further pleasure to enjoy the rich depth of flavor. and the coffee also seems to be gentle on my system. Thank you. I only use the pods when I'm traveling so I also plan to order your beans as well.
Love the decaf! It doesn't make me "rage against the machine", ya know? Hehehe. Seriously, this is some great coffee. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new decaf to try out.
