I was disappointed in this because I found it to be quite bitter. I use their whole bean coffee in the balance formula and it is wonderful so I was quite disappointed in this Keurig product.

Adjusting the amount of water used can help enhance the flavor, and using a smaller cup size or the ‘strong’ setting (if your machine has one) can also make a big difference. not smooth
i hoped for more. i think it's rather bitter, like tim horton's only bitter. i love the idea of organic, mold free, but it's too bitter for me. my husband agrees, as does my son-in-law, both of whom like a stronger coffee.
