Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25–30 8 oz cups of coffee

MCAS ? MUST HAVE!!!!

Smooth
I've had this as pour over with and without a filter, French press and percilator coffee. Each way I've made it the taste is smooth. No acidic taste or upset stomach. The filter changed the taste as it removed the natural oils. Its good but definitely has more flavor without the filter.

The BEST
I've been trying to reduce caffeine to address some cortisol issues I discovered with functional testing but I LOVE the taste and experience of coffee.
