Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

Silky Smooth Coffee

Best tasting

We switched from the dark roast to the medium mostly just for the fun of it. Now I won’t switch back. I love the flavor of the medium! No bitterness at all which I prefer. Love love. Kind of making me want to try the light roast😊
