Brewing recommendations:
Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

Purity Calm Decaf Ground Coffee
This coffee is so Mello and the flavor rich. I don't need to add anything to it. Always before with any other brand I had to add cream. My old motto was, I added a little coffee to my cream, because of the acidity I couldn't drink coffee w/o a creamer. Not with this brand.. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a rich full- body flavor.

Same great taste without the jitters!
I decided to try the Calm decaffeinated coffee, after realizing that caffeine was causing me to be a little jittery and after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. I was told to limit my caffeine intake. To my surprise, the Calm is smooth, delicious, and honestly I cannot tell any difference in the taste. I originally was enjoying the Flow (green colored bag) and was hesitate to switch. I am delighted that the Calm is working for me so well!
