First sips of this were made with my espresso machine, whole bean ground, and steamed homemade almond milk making a latte. Clean & nutty flavor was yummy 😋 No jitter’s & definitely seems to EASE digestion for me!
Loved the coffee before and love the mold free organic concept, but the last several bags of coffee that we have ordered (ease dark roast, as well as other flavors) have seemed more acidic/sour than previously. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch but it has happened with the last 2 orders.

What brew method is it you are using? How are you grinding? I am more than happy to discuss grinding and brewing techniques with you if you would like to work together to see if we can get a great tasting result you enjoy. Sometimes the smallest change can have a big impact on your final cup. Generally speaking, if the flavor is sour, try adjusting the grind slightly finer. We recommend two tablespoons of ground coffee for every 8oz of water used to brew. You might also check out our brewing guide here. We are a small company, and any feedback you can provide is very helpful! Of course, everyone enjoys different flavor profiles, so Purity Coffee will not be for everyone. We do not roast too light or too dark, as at Purity Coffee our number one focus is health. We roast to maintain the antioxidants and health benefits while minimizing or eliminating any of the negative aspects that can occur during the roasting process. dark roast will always be my favorite but sometimes it would be so strong that it would irritate my stomach. this is EXACUTLY what i needed!! you get that strong taste but no irritated tummy & it's almost a calming taste. my new FAVORITE!!
I'm buying this because it is organic and tested to be free of contaminants molds etc. So buying for health reasons. However the coffee tastes excellent and has a good deep flavor.
The EASE dark roast beans grind up well. The taste is smooth yet robust. A great way to start the day!
