These beans make a lovely cup of coffee. They are much more medium than they are light roast. Itโs hard to find a quality light roast, and I use a French press. The 1st cup is perfect, but I canโt dillydally over finishing the press. The 2nd or 3rd cup is a solid medium.

Ohhhh how I love this bag of Protect! My morning cup is so flavorful, so smooth, perfectly balanced. I sip it slowly and am thrilled to not have any jitters or anxiousness like previous brands.
