Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25–30 8 oz cups of coffee

Best Coffee by far!

This is excellent coffee! It is extremely smooth and no bitterness. I am really enjoying the beans. The method I use to prepare my coffee is a pour over. I will definitely order more.
