A New Home for my Beans
For the longest time, I used to store my coffee utilizing a "jerry-rigged" system consisting of recycled Purity Coffee bags and rubber bands.
Luckily I decided to splurge and upgrade my method of storage. The Airscape canisters have enhanced my coffee making ritual.
First, the smartly-designed containers look elegant in my kitchen cabinet.
Pouring the beans into the canisters just takes seconds.
Every time I open one of them I can gaze into them with admiration at my prized possession, knowing that I'm fortunate enough to be able to purchase some of the best coffee beans available.
Finally, the unique air-free storage mechanism ensures that I'll be able to utilize beans that are as fresh as the day I bought them.

Great!
Love my new canister. I usually buy the 5 lb bag. I fill up 4 quart mason jars and the rest goes in my Airscape, perfect fit for what I’m going to use first. Wish purity had the smallest one so I could put my ground coffee in it. Might just buy direct.
