Why we exist

Purity began when Andrew Salisbury went looking for the truth about coffee and his wife Amber's health. Vanderbilt's Institute of Coffee Studies handed him more than 19,000 studies on coffee's benefits — and the first health-focused coffee brand followed.

How It's made

We start with rare, single-origin coffee beans from the Inga Aponte farms in the mountains of Colombia, grown through farming practices that care for the land and create nutrient-rich coffee.

The beans are then cold-brewed under tightly controlled conditions, allowing for the selective extraction of beneficial compounds while avoiding the harshness created by high-temperature brewing.

Then the cold brew is freeze-dried to preserve more of the original qualities of the coffee. This creates an instant coffee that dissolves cleanly in hot or cold water while retaining its natural flavor.

Grown in the Ancient Way

Sacred Cups is sourced through our deep relationship with the indigenous Aponte Inga community, descendants of the ancient, pre-hispanic Incas who reside deep in the mountains of Colombia.

The Aponte Inga cultivate the land through ancient, time-honored farming practices that both care for the earth and craft high quality coffee plants. You can completely taste the higher level purity in every cup. So smooth and tasty. I also feel a better sense of refreshing energy after each cup and sense of well being. I love Purity coffee and so glad we made the switch and got rid of the chemically infused brands.
