I buy the dark roast EASE and am completely in love with the fact that I have no jittery or headachy response to it. The beans are small and dry b- not oily, and the flavor is completely dark - small hint of honey but no sweetness, small hint of chocolate but there is none in it. I've never had pure unadulterated coffee before and now none other will do.

Husband on Board! Likes it.
We are combining it with a coffee from Azure standard to get a richer depth of flavor or else this would get 5 stars. It's a bit pricier than we would pay but hoping the health benefits are worth it. I love that it comes in the mail right when I need it. : )
