Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

Disappointed
Bought 3 bags. It didn’t smell like coffee when it was brewed. Smelled and tasted strange. There was no harvest date or roast date.

Can you please share how you’re brewing your coffee? The grind size in our ground bags is best suited for drip or pour-over methods, and sometimes small adjustments to the brew ratio or water temperature can make a big difference in flavor and aroma.
Each bag includes a “Best By” date on a sticker, that date is exactly 12 months from the roast date. For example, a best by date of 10/22/26 would mean it was roasted 10/22/25. If you don't mind to share that date I can assist you in determining the roast date.
If we’re not able to get it tasting right together, we’ll be happy to honor our Satisfaction Guarantee and make it right.
