Even though I am a huge dark roast fan, this was a wonderful flavor for a light-medium roast.

I found this light medium roast to be flavorful and not the least bit bitter. I have been comparing it to the standard medium roast (Flow) to see which I like better. But I think it’s a tie! Protect seems to have the same depth of flavor. Very rich for a light medium roast.

I love this coffee. I've been buying it for years. I love knowing I'm getting a high quality coffee. I appreciate the pricing options and promotions. The service is excellent. I love that Purity has info on brewing instructions and tweaks on their website. The coffee was slightly sour and the end taste was a little too fruity for me, but I used more coffee and it made the taste perfect for my liking.

Hubby and I are huge fans of Purity and have been steadfast fans of the Flow. However, I took a "risk" and ventured to purchase this bean, and am so glad I did. We both love it! It is a little more mild than the Flow, but the flavor profile is really good. It has a toasty, smooth flavor that is delicious with a little bit of walnut milk (yep, it's a thing). Honestly, this brand is the only brand that does not give me inflammation symptoms (headache, sinus swelling, brain fog) and I am grateful that the makers for doing a quality job at tasting for mycotoxins and other impurities.
