    Bad taste

    This coffee does not taste good. It does not taste like coffee and it has a very bad taste. I tried dark, medium and decaf, and none of them have a good taste. I even tried mixing light roast with dark, it did not help the taste. It’s too bad as it is mold free…I would keep buying if it tasted better.

I have located your order and issued you a refund less the shipping cost per our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you do not mind sharing, what it is you do not like? What brew method is it you are using? How are you grinding? I am more than happy to discuss grinding and brewing techniques with you if you would like to work together to see if we can get a great tasting result you enjoy. Generally speaking, if the flavor is sour, try adjusting the grind slightly finer. If the coffee is tasting bitter, adjust the grind slightly coarser. We recommend two tablespoons of ground coffee for every 8oz of water used to brew. You might also check out our brewing guide here. The smallest change can have a big impact on your final cup! We are a small company, and any feedback you can provide is very helpful! Of course, everyone enjoys different flavor profiles, so Purity Coffee will not be for everyone. We do not roast too light or too dark, as at Purity Coffee our number one focus is health. We roast to maintain the antioxidants and health benefits while minimizing or eliminating any of the negative aspects that can occur during the roasting process.     So smooth!

    I love that there was plenty to sample from each pack, giving several opportunities to really taste the differences. Overall, each one has a very smooth, unique taste, without the usual bitterness that most coffees have. It was gentle on my stomach too, since I've grown to be accustomed now to not be able to drink coffee on an empty or lightly filled stomach. I absolutely love the full, deep flavor of a dark roast, but I have to say I was very impressed with the medium roast samples. I'm definitely hooked and my favorite combo is to do mostly decaf w/a little bit the dark roast!

    Incredible!

    This is honestly the best coffee I’ve had since I was in El Salvador 15 years ago! Struggle with histamine intolerance and had no issues with this coffee!
