Brewing recommendations:
Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

Best decaf pulls
I switched to decaf several months ago to mitigate anxiety and sleep issues. I also got a Breville -- but I had so many issues pulling bad shots with the various decaf beans I purchased. These pull so nicely! I have really been enjoying my lattes -- much smoother for sure.
