Brewing recommendations:
Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

Due to health issues this year, I have not been able to consume my standard caffeinated coffee. It was so hard at first but I knew it was ultimately best for my body to limit items that may be contaminated with mold and contained lots of caffeine. Smooth, flavorful, easy to drink.
In spite of the cost of purity I feel good about buying it every month. As my health is important to me when I looked into the cleanest freshest mold free organic coffees out there purity came up.
Iโve switched a couple of months ago and Iโm bey satisfied. I wanted to reduce caffeine intake but it is really hard to find good tasting decaf. So I am really pleased with this. In spite of the price Iโll continue drinking this coffee. Itโs worth it.
