Brewing recommendations:
Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

Finally a decaf I can feel good about drinking daily. Superb Full body taste
We’re into our third pouch of Calm whole beans. It’s got a terrific dark chocolate flavor note and a hint of nuttiness, for us is not very acidic. Often we blend it 50/50 with our Purity Dark Roast whole beans. We’ve been buying Purity Whole beans for three months now and have told many friends and family members about the company. Customer service is terrific, too.

Perfect with evening dessert and no mold!
I love having this decaf coffee on hand when I want a cup of coffee in the evening but don’t want to be awake all night. I purchase only Purity coffee now because it’s third party tested for mold. I save coffee grounds for my garden and my worm farm and prior to switching to Purity would see lots of mold growing on the old grounds I kept under the sink. Yuck! I no longer have this problem. :-)

Best Decaf Coffee
I am a coffee snob! So when my Dr. suggested I get off caffeine about 1 1/2 years ago I was so worried about finding a decaf that had taste. She suggested PURITY because of its water process for removing the caffeine. I am so happy she did, it's the best decaf coffee I've had. I look forward to it every morning. You can drink it black or add some cream, either way it's delicious!
