Hi! Ben Azadi, Mr. Keto Kamp, and the Fasting Guy on YouTube recommended Purity Coffee on one of his episodes. I like Ben and kind of look like him, so with those two facts in place, I did the research about the "why" of high CGA coffees, all of the purveyors of the same, the existing coffee standards, and, of course, The Science. My standard everyday coffee has been Bulletproof (low mold) since I read Dave Asprey's story about his trek in Tibet and the Yak Butter Tea back in 2013 or so. The media viciously attacked him at every turn; therefore, I figured he was probably doing something right, so I stuck with him. I have tested Bulletproof against many coffee beans, and Bulletproof typically came out on top flavor-wise for me. I had been looking to make a change, though, as the company got too large, too commercial. So, I made a comparison between Bulletproof and Purity. The Purity beans are not cheap, which, if all of the data about the product checks out, means I am going to get what I paid for. I am well worth a good cup of coffee. I performed the blind taste test, and the difference in taste, aroma, and the feeling I got from the Purity bean coffee afterward gave the win to Purity, and certainly, I am to be the clear winner health-wise.
