Our light-medium roasted coffee with sweet citrus characteristics, sourced and roasted specifically for liver care, metabolic vitality and the highest level of antioxidant activity. PROTECT contains more CGA than any of our coffees.

Ingredient:

  • 100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

  • One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
  • One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

    You know, I am NOT a hazelnut person. The first time I had this I think I went in with the thought it was going to taste like it, and in my head, it did. I put it away for a couple of months and ran out of my other coffee and pulled this out bc, let's face it; momma to 5 boys plus running a homestead - I need the coffee. I got it out, and it was like I was tasting it with fresh eyes. It was AMAZING!!!! I was so thankful I didnt give it to my parents lol. My husband likes hazelnut so I kept it for him. So good. The calm is really good too, but the protect is my favorite. And now any other brands, gives me the shakes from the caffeine. Probably drink too much but, its that good.
