Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Excellent
I love Protect! But I love them all! I thought Protect was my favorite but I ordered Flow on Amazon. It was the last one of the group to try, and I loved it! I didn't expect to like it so much. I don't want to drink any other coffee than Purity coffee! I'm hooked. I love knowing it's good for me and I feel better drinking it. I really notice a difference from other coffees I have tried, including organic, fair trade etc...

We love our purity coffee. A great tasting coffee without all the added chemicals that makes so you can enjoy every sip. We have noticed joint pain from drinking too much caffeine has gone away.

My coffee of choice
Doing everything i possibly can to live a clean life so it just made sense to switch to Purity coffee. I also have an automated espresso machine which advises not to use oily beans - so another reason as well. Love the taste of Purity and how clean it is.

I Found a Clean Coffee Source
I’ve been looking for a source of clean coffee and discovered Purity. I like the fact that this is their focus through their sourcing, testing, and roasting. Plus, the Protect roast is a good source for CGA. BTW, the taste is great!
