Good cup of coffee
These beans make a lovely cup of coffee. They are much more medium than they are light roast. It’s hard to find a quality light roast, and I use a French press. The 1st cup is perfect, but I can’t dillydally over finishing the press. The 2nd or 3rd cup is a solid medium.
