Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Protect Whole Bean
Great tasting. Rich flavor but knowing I am not getting those flavors from mold, or mycotoxins and all grown organically. I don't experience my acid reflux symptoms when drinking this coffee. I love this roast.
