Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Coffee I Can Drink!
As a patient working with a naturopathic practitioner in some complex health puzzles, I had given up on coffee for quite some time. But I MISSED it! Love this coffee
Ive tried flow and protect, I like a mild roast. I’m very sensitive to mold, and is how I found this coffee! I thought I was going to have to let coffee go but this is one coffee I can count on! Clean, fresh, no allergy! I can still enjoy my cup of coffee in the am and can feel good about sharing as well. Thank you!
