Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Gonna give this coffee 4.5 stars. Only knocking it down a half of a star for taste. All in all good, but have had other beans with better complexity. Worth it to us knowing the “purity” of the beans with excellent accountability… will continue to order.
