Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

I've been trying different brands of coffee for quite some time and I'm fairly certain that I'll be buying only this from now on. The energy I get from this coffee feels really clean. It tastes good black. It tastes awesome with a bit of whole milk. Then I usually turn it into a protein mocha. I've been optimizing my health and this company does everything right from what I see. I'm very grateful that there are companies that care about the best quality for their customers instead of maximum profit for the lowest expense. Thank you Purity Coffee! Please don't sell out!

Brews a Clean Tasting Cup
Great taste, brews a clean tasting cup of coffee. Maintains a nice flavor as the temperature reduces and does well as a cold brew. No over the top specific tasting notes, but is more bright than deep in flavor while being balanced. Just a good every day coffee. Able to drink coffee daily without the jittery crash and stomach churning experienced with other coffees.
