Our light-medium roasted coffee with sweet citrus characteristics, sourced and roasted specifically for liver care, metabolic vitality and the highest level of antioxidant activity. PROTECT contains more CGA than any of our coffees.

Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Coffee was over 2 months passed "BEST BUY" sticker. Taste not consistent with previous coffee. Caffeine content very low. Not happy with coffee subscription so moving to a more consistent and fresher roaster with a focus on quality and your proven testing of toxicity. Was satisfied on earlier batches.
