Purity Coffee Customer Survey Giveaway: Official Rules

No purchase necessary. Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Purity Coffee and their immediate families are not eligible.

Entry: Complete and submit the Purity Coffee Customer Experience Survey between October 9 and October 30, 2026, by 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is required to enter or win.

Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive a $100 Purity Coffee gift card. Total prize value: $500. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection: Five winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries on November 6, 2026. Winners will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days or an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to these rules. Purity Coffee reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or duplicate entries and to modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its integrity. Subject to applicable laws.
