Ingredient:

100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

If you like cold brew, we recommend using Purity EASE to double down on easy digestion.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

How can Dark Roast be Smooth, it just is. Although not as robust as I’m used to, this dark roast can hold its own. I will most likely go from single purchase to subscription soon.

I tried Purity Coffee’s *Ease* blend because of reflux issues, and I’m thrilled with the results. The flavor is clean, though I use a bit more grounds than my previous light roast to avoid a watered-down taste. Dark Roast Ease
Wasn’t expecting to like this coffee as much as I did and never thought I would want to switch from my old brand, but I’m sold. Pricier, yes, but I understand with the strict testing why it’s more expensive than regular coffee brands. And I really like having the confidence knowing I’m not adding unknown molds into my system since I am sensitive. I use the pour over method and Purity’s Ease tastes amazing, smooth but still that nice dark roast intensity that I crave in the mornings.
