Ingredient:

100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

If you like cold brew, we recommend using Purity EASE to double down on easy digestion.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Good coffee without awful side effects
I liked the flavor, it's not as bold as what I normally prefer, but it's definitely worth the trade off in having coffee I can actually drink without awful side effects. I have a severe mold allergy, and am still working to find out if I have MCAS or a histamine intolerance or both, but I know regular coffee makes me feel terrible. It's been so nice being able to enjoy my morning coffee again!
