Ingredient:

100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

If you like cold brew, we recommend using Purity EASE to double down on easy digestion.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Mold no More
originally switched to Purity because I noticed something strange with my old coffee—when I’d empty my espresso pucks into a container, they would start growing mold very quickly. It made me wonder what was going on with the coffee itself. Since switching to Purity, I’ve noticed a huge difference. My used puck container can sit for over a week now and there’s no mold at all. That gave me a lot more confidence in the quality and freshness of what I’m drinking. Plus, the coffee tastes great. Definitely sticking with

Wonderful
I thought I was allergic to coffee for most of my adult life. I’ve only recently realized that it was related to MCAS. Even so, I have not been able to drink coffee regularly. BUT I have been able to drink Purity coffee every day for the last couple of weeks! My gut feels great!

Best coffee ever
I was a looking for a smooth coffee that was easy on digestion as I was having some digestion issues. This came up so I gave it a shot. Best thing I ever did. Sure it's a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for and it's 100% worth every dime, since pennies are no longer a thing. Signed up for a subscription and the best move I have made to make sure I never run out, should have done that sooner.
