Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

If you like cold brew, we recommend using Purity EASE to double down on easy digestion.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Purity 'Ease' coffee is great!
A friend recommended this brand because I was complaining about having reactions to coffee, even organic, and not wanting to give it up. She is super health conscious and recommended this brand. She said it doesn't have mold; this company tests to avoid mycotoxins. I have Celiac and Ease is a dark roast 'Crafted for Digestive Health'. Honestly, I have no idea what that means, but so far no adverse reactions!! And it tastes great!

I Love This Coffee!
