Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

If you like cold brew, we recommend using Purity EASE to double down on easy digestion.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

All my orders have been online. I have been kept aware of all orders and they have been very timely. Last order came about because my youngest daughter (Texas) had been visiting my oldest daughter (Oklahoma) and had remarked that she had really liked the taste of her coffee. And actually she is the one who got us started on Purity coffee. So I ordered coffee for the youngest in Texas, it was processed and delivered in a very timely manner.
