Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

If you like cold brew, we recommend using Purity EASE to double down on easy digestion.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Love it!!
I wish it was a little less expensive, but it’s worth it. I was using a different natural organic coffee and then I read reviews and found out the one I was using had lead in it. This one does not have lead. It’s been tested. I did my research before switching. So if you want a good coffee that stands up to its name, try purity. I do the dark roast. I like to be able to TASTE my coffee. 🤭
