Ingredient:

100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

If you like cold brew, we recommend using Purity EASE to double down on easy digestion.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Great Taste and quality
I’ve tried a lot of different coffee brands that claim to be low acid but they still would cause discomfort. I also have dealt with histamine intolerance for the last 2 years and Purity has allowed me to enjoy a cup of brew again ! They’ve Definitely earned a lifetime customer with me.

Delicious and easy to digest
I tried the medium roast from Purity, but it was way too light for my taste, almost like coffee-flavored water. I decided to give their dark roast a shot after hearing good things, and I’m so glad I did! The flavor is rich and perfectly balanced, and best of all, it doesn’t upset my stomach. I absolutely love the dark roast!
