Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

If you like cold brew, we recommend using Purity EASE to double down on easy digestion.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

My Favorite Coffee!
I absolutely love Purity EASE! I can enjoy up to two cups a day without the jitters, racing heart, or shaky feeling I’ve experienced with other coffees. It’s incredibly smooth and rich without tasting acidic, bitter, or burnt. I also love knowing that Purity puts so much thought into the quality of their coffee and how it’s sourced and roasted. Great flavor, great quality, and a cup of coffee I genuinely feel good about drinking every day. Definitely my favorite!
