Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

Great tasting, smooth coffee
We are on our second 5 lb bag of Flow medium roast and are loving it. We use it in the breville espresso machine and are never disappointed. It makes a delicious latte without feeling jittery. I love that the coffee is tested for mold and myotoxins.
I have tried other mold free coffee and I have come back to Purity because the flavor is just better overall.
