Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Flow original medium roast whole bean coffee
Since I learned that I have a problem with mold issues I can no longer drink just any coffee since coffee is known to have mycotoxins. I am able to drink this coffee without any problems.

Best coffee ever
Best coffee ever, I highly recommend, if you're setting on the fence I suggest you try it, you won't regret it . I went from the 12 once grind to the 5 pound hole beans and grind my own, got my daughter to try it and she loves it,to be quite honest I would not go back to drinking the big box brands, ,I just wouldn't drink coffee, I just can't say enough, try it I think you will be amazed.
