Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

It is absolutely unaffordable. Maybe for one serving per day but certainly not for more. You have to rely on ehat they say it is because it doesn't taste any different.

Meets my high coffee standards
I have an excellent roaster that I source my espresso from in Canada. When I knew I was going to be in the US for a few months, I went on a search for a new coffee source. Happy that the quality of these beans is comparable to what I’m use to and I love that they are mould free tested and specialty grad.

As a regular consumer of Lavaza espresso (ground), this coffee took me a bit to adjust to. It's a unique flavour. Although I wouldn't say that I am a coffee officianado. In short, I am happy with the product. I got the suggestion from my cousin who reacts poorly (various sensitivities) to regular coffee, but enjoys Purity coffee. Thumbs up!!
