Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

The way coffee is supposed to be!
Wow! This is exactly how I imagined fresh coffee to be. It is clean, subtle with a burst of fresh boldness. I am not one to ever have a black cup of Joe but, this is a coffe I think I can enjoy without cream

Good coffee but they need to send fresh roasted. I’m under the conviction coffee should be consumed within 1 month of roasting. Mine was roasted about 1 month prior to receiving. I know this is a bit particular but I’m a qualitarian. Plus it’s $30 for 12 oz so that should be a given
