Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Excellent Coffee
I switched to Purity Coffee a little over a month ago. This coffee is wonderful. It's smooth with no bitterness, and it doesn't give me those coffee jitters. I highly recommend it.
