Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee

I'll never go back!!!
I've been using this coffee every single day for a year...the good news- it's delicious (I don't even need creamer), it doesn't make me jittery (which I now notice with any other coffee i drink), and I love how knowing it is sustainably produced w/out mold or toxins. Bad news...I now have to sneak my own coffee in when I go to my favorite coffee shops!
