Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

Excellent taste
Purity coffee was recommended to me by an integrative/functional practice as a way to minimize contaminants in something I was drinking everyday (2-3 cups). I was skeptical because I consider myself picky about coffee. I tend to really enjoy single origin Columbian. I bought a small pack to try and was so blown away by how amazing it tastes. Add in the health benefits of testing and their roasting process and I ended up ordering a 5lb bag.
