Our light-medium roasted coffee with sweet citrus characteristics, sourced and roasted specifically for liver care, metabolic vitality and the highest level of antioxidant activity. PROTECT contains more CGA than any of our coffees.

Ingredient:

100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Switching to *Healthy* Coffee
We wanted to switch to a no mold coffee. We have been lifelong pot brewers of the two major grocery store brands. Absolutely the best
I bought protect ground, but have also tried the beans, which I prefer. Just accidentally ordered ground this last time. Great tasting coffee that also gives you peace of mind. No stomach upset, just a smooth, rich taste. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. Retiring in a month, so not sure how often, or if, I can continue buying it.
