Our light-medium roasted coffee with sweet citrus characteristics, sourced and roasted specifically for liver care, metabolic vitality and the highest level of antioxidant activity. PROTECT contains more CGA than any of our coffees.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Spectacular Cup of Coffee
I am by no means a coffee snob. I like what I like and I love this blend. It is super flavorful, isn't too strong for my liking, and blends well with whatever creamer/flavor strikes my fancy each morning. Plus I love drinking it knowing it is supporting my body's natural functions. I feel that it is a great value, and a bag lasts me a while.

Delicious and smooth. I really have nothing to compare it to, b/c I haven’t had this type of good quality coffee before. I can definitely tell the difference in my body. I have not experienced any lingering adverse effects. I feel naturally alert and focused. I brew the coffee in my non-plastic Simply Good Coffee brewer for best taste. Very satisfied overall. I’m looking forward to trying all three of the Purity flavors I purchased.
