Our light-medium roasted coffee with sweet citrus characteristics, sourced and roasted specifically for liver care, metabolic vitality and the highest level of antioxidant activity. PROTECT contains more CGA than any of our coffees.

Ingredient:

100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

The only Coffee I'll drink anymore!
I love Purity Coffee, I can feel good about drinking it. I've gotta work out the kinks with subscription delivery timing, Order an extra bag maybe but other than that it's great!!

Great Coffee & Value
I placed an order trying both Flow(light) & Protect(Medium) ground coffee. Both of them were excellent. I even tried mixing the two because they had such great flavor. The bags are easy to open & re-close.
I will be ordering more soon & will more then likely ser up a subscription because it is such excellent coffee!
