Our light-medium roasted coffee with sweet citrus characteristics, sourced and roasted specifically for liver care, metabolic vitality and the highest level of antioxidant activity. PROTECT contains more CGA than any of our coffees.

Ingredient:

100% Specialty-grade organic Arabica coffee

Purity Coffee contains only high-quality Arabica coffee with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Wish it came in a larger size!
I love this coffee and this brand overall. I think what they believe and stand for is amazing and the coffee is delicious. My ONLY complaint is that they should offer larger bags. I use a 32oz French press and typically 10 tbsp to brew an entire pot. When it’s all said and done I can make 4 pots before the bag is basically empty. For the price I’d like to get more out of it personally.

We absolutely love the flavor of this coffee!
