Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

Protect VS Flow
I’ve been ordering the Flow coffee for a while. I decided to try the “Protect” one and I can say after trying for about two week a that I’m stuck with two “Flow” ones left since I like “Protect “ much better.
I hesitated to buy “Protect “ because the higher caffeine content but the fact that has more polyphenols than “Flow” makes me decide on buying it.
“Protect” one is not as strong as the “Flow” for my taste. I think the idea that caffeine is bad for us is not quite true, so I will continue buying “Protect “ from now on.
