Our light-medium roasted coffee with sweet citrus characteristics, sourced and roasted specifically for liver care, metabolic vitality and the highest level of antioxidant activity. PROTECT contains more CGA than any of our coffees.

Purity Coffee contains only high-quality Arabica coffee beans with no additives or allergens.

Brewing recommendations:

Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

  • One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee

    Have been drinking for years and love it!

    I have been a loyal Purity Coffee drinker for years and I love this coffee. I alternate between Protect and Flow (the original) and Purity quality standards, which include sourcing (organic, regenerative, bird-friendly) and testing (third party testing, free from mold, pesticides and mycotoxins) ensure I am drinking what is, in my opinion, the best coffee out there for supporting my health and well-being!

    It’s ok… not worth the price

    Coffee arrived after 13 emails and text messages letting me know it would arrive. It’s good coffee. Ok espresso. I have purchased coffee at 1/3 of the price with better flavor and smoother finish. A lot of hype.

    While taste is subjective, our focus is on providing the highest-quality, lab-tested organic coffee for those who prioritize health as much as flavor. That said, we always want our customers to be fully satisfied!

    If you do not mind sharing, what is it about the flavor you aren't liking? I am more than happy to discuss grinding and brewing techniques with you to see if we can work together to get a great tasting brew result you enjoy. We recommend using a burr grinder and two tablespoons of ground coffee for every 8oz of water used to brew. If the flavor is tastng weak or sour, try adjusting the grind slightly finer. If the flavor is too bold or bitter, adjust the grind slightly coarser. A minor grind adjustment will have a huge impact on the end resulting brew.

    Not for me

    Pour-over coffee fan writing here (careful of water temp, grind, and pour technique). I thought for the high price-point and all the science-backed information, maybe I found another perfect roast (this coffee is about 50% more expensive than my go-to organic, co-op coffee), but alas, not this one.

    On the plus side, it definitely has a solid, strong flavor profile but for me, it tastes sort of muddy (not smooth).

    Also, it doesn't feel good in my body: unable to pinpoint the feeling, it's not the "jittery" feeling but also not the clear, clean energetic feeling I get when I drink a roast that really agrees with my body.

    I'm pickier than most with my coffee, and my go-to supplier has blends that I also do not agree with, so I'm sure this blend passes for the majority of people and it's just me. People who aren't picky and enjoy strong flavor will most likely enjoy this blend. The main drawback for me is the pricepoint for the lack of flavor and body-feeling satisfaction.
