Our light-medium roasted coffee with sweet citrus characteristics, sourced and roasted specifically for liver care, metabolic vitality and the highest level of antioxidant activity. PROTECT contains more CGA than any of our coffees.

Brewing recommendations:

Using wire mesh filters, like with a French press or espresso, maximizes this roast; however, those watching their cholesterol should use a paper filter.

    My favorite clean coffee!

    My husband and I LOVE purity coffee. We were both exposed to toxic mold some years back and have been on mold clearing protocol. We were delighted to find a clean coffee to drink where we didn't have to worry too much more mold exposure. Thanks for the best clean coffee, Purity!

    Great Light Medium Roast

    This is true to its name.

    Anyone who suffers from MCAS Cell Activation (I always put MAST, my bad) and histamine Intolerance with an autoimmune disease; you have hope when you depend on coffee. Purity is true to its name.

    It is very smooth and accurate taste to its label, and I can drink this without having to add it to my cream and sugar/honey. Now I have a coffee without cream sugar/honey in the mornings.

    Amazing
