Regeneratively Farmed

Grown beneath a thick biodiverse canopy of native and fruit trees near Colombia’s Chicamocha Canyon, Finca Santa Maria epitomizes environmental stewardship. Activated biochar enriches the soil with healthy microorganisms, which result in complex nutrients and flavors in the coffee. Post-harvest processing is handled with precision using state-of-the-art equipment, including an eco-washer, optical sorter, wire mesh drying deck for excellent air circulation, along with both solar and mechanical dryers. 

This farm holds earned the Con Manos de Mujer seal, recognizing their leadership in environmental preservation, ethical labor, and women’s empowerment.

Truly Healthy Decaf

Unlike typical decafs, this superior quality coffee is sent fresh from the farm to MountainWater, where it is naturally decaffeinated, free of chemicals, using only water, time and carbon filters to preserve the coffee’s natural flavors and antioxidant content.

    Best tasting Decaf I've ever had!

    I love enjoying a fresh ground, fresh brewed cup of this coffee, while sitting by the window and watching the world go by, I can drink this coffee with absolutely nothing added, just the luscious coffee. Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but I KNOW it's clean, and is decaffeinated using pure mountain spring water, to preserve flavor and complexity.

    Smooth, rich, and satisfying!

    My husband and I really love purchasing coffee through Purity. The peace of mind the brand standards provide is a must. This particular roast is delightful and we love that Purity utilizes the water process for decaf. Clean and reliable! Sometimes we enjoy a cup of coffee a bit later into the evening, but do not wish to have the caffeine boost. So this is perfect! Im going to brew up a cup right now to sip on whilst we cook dinner.
