Brewing recommendations:

This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.

Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics.

One 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee
One 5 lb bag = 180 8 oz cups of brewed coffee

Soothing decaf
The Purity calm decaf coffee is terrific. I like it because it still has a rich flavor even though it’s decaffeinated. Some coffees that are decaf are bland. Purity coffee always taste fresh and I’m glad for the high standards to make sure their coffee is mold free.
