HEARTH is USDA-certified organic, high in antioxidants, and tested for mold, mycotoxins and contaminants.  What is Peaberry Coffee?

“Peaberry” coffee is the result of a naturally occurring condition in which only one seed develops inside the coffee fruit instead of two. Peaberry coffee is rounder, denser, and tends to be smaller than its two-seed counterpart. Because there is only one seed inside the coffee fruit, this single seed receives all of the nutrients and sugars. Peaberry coffee tends to have a sweeter flavor, and the larger beans may have slightly more caffeine as well.
