This exceptional coffee comes from Bette Buna, a farm in Ethiopia owned and operated by Hester and Dawity Syoum and their beautiful Dutch-Ethiopian family. Bette Buna (which translates to “house built on coffee”) was created by Dawit’s grandparents, who established the farm as a place for the community to come together and support each other. The farm is built on principles of kindness, diversity, and community. Their work has crafted some of the most beautiful and delicious coffee in the world. Coffee that not only empowers the people but also strengthens the environment that fosters it.

So Smooth
I folllowed the brew direction- 27 grams grounds, 400 grams water, a touch of heavy cream and oh….so delicious! This is the first coffee I have brewed that has not left my jittery, hyper, and an afternoon crash! Smooth from fist sip to last, and a smooth ride of caffeine !
