ABOUT THE CAUSE:
$2 from each bag sold will be donated to Hilarity for Charity (HFC), a national non-profit organization that aims to care for families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease, inspire the next generation of Alzheimer’s advocates, and be a leader in brain health research and education.
ABOUT THE COFFEE:
Founder’s Roast is the first coffee from Purity’s coffee farm, Monte Bonito, in Colombia. Research shows strong associations between regular coffee consumption and protection against the onset of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Brewing recommendations:
Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Grind coffee fresh to match your brewing method. Use water around 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.
